Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Terms

**Product(s) returned 30 days after receipt may be subject to a restocking fee or ineligible for return.

An RMA number must be obtained before returning the defective product(s).

**Please note that RMA numbers are ONLY valid for 30 days once issued, unless otherwise specified.**

Please make sure the packing slip is on the outside of the box, do not write the RMA number on the box. We are not responsible for shipping charges back to the returns warehouse.

Product(s) must be returned in either the original unopened packaging or in the original packaging (original box, foam, bagging, etc.) or must be in appropriate new packaging to prevent damage to the product while in transit.

We reserve the right to refuse or return the shipment if the product is not in the agreed condition.

Please email rma.streamvault@infodip.com the tracking number so that we can monitor and ensure delivery.

Replacement product(s) are not to be ordered without receiving a RMA authorization.  The purchase of the advance replacement does not guarantee your return will be accepted.

All other manufactures are subject to their posted return guidelines.  We are happy to assist in this process but are not responsible should the return be denied.

Once the returned product(s) have been received and inspected, a credit will be issued to you.  Depending on whether the return was for a credit or replacement product, the credit memo will only be sent to you if the original purchase invoice or replacement parts invoice has been paid.
